@clem_secchi: Pre-swim warmup.🌞💧💪🏽 Here are some clips of the mobility routine I have built over the years. It includes dynamic and static stretching, balance and core exercises, bodyweight reps, and the maximum amount of flow. Depending on my day needs this routine lasts between 15-40mins. The goal is to feel loose and connected before a swimming warmup/workout. This is prior to, and different from the « explosive warmup » I do after my pool warmup, right before a race.
