Once the steak is out of the pan, continue cooking the butter till brown, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and serve it with the steak! Yummy 🤤!

Beautiful steak. Don’t be afraid to move (drag) the steak around in the pan a little bit so that the sear turns out perfectly even which works much better than weighing it down!
