i started invisalign last week and yesterday my ortho put the little dots on my teeth, do they get softer? bc they kinda scratch when my trays are out,i dont get a break😔

Invisalign destroyed my teeth. They are damaged and extremely sensitive now. I can’t tolerate the pain or the wear on my teeth. I had such a beautiful smile; I only had a small open bite, and my teeth were in very good condition. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Now they look brown and unhealthy

If you forget/choose not to put it on for a few hours make sure you get the chewy out and bite with every tooth a few times! Best to do it while watching tv as it’s painful af lol

I have teeth similar to yours. The tooth you pointed out is the same tooth I have issues with with it comes to tracking right and I wear mine at least 23 hours.

If they have larger gaps it could be that they need to rescan ypu and recalculate the next aligners

Omg girl they are really rough at first but it gets rounded as you pull out and put your aligner back on. It gets better I swear! 😭💕
