I’ve seen that before a few times lol it was the tune every time, highest hp tune and 40ft trailer don’t mix, if it ain’t the head gaskets a piston will go

Likely tuning. With proper tuning you can run that truck as hard as you want and shouldn’t hurt it.

it's almost always tuning. the new diesels make so much power already and people want more. you can't have dead reliability like the 12v and 7 3 days and make 650hp at the same time out of a pickup

That engine was previously built for sled pulling or drag racing. Explains why the full horsepower/ torque tune.
