Great explanation. I'm just wondering what we can do about it. Careful use of downtime comes to mind. I need to be more mindful of this.

This video confused me more. Do I have it? Do I not? I don’t know. I deal with a lot, I fail a lot, but I also get a lot done. So I literally don’t know

It really does help. I get the comment that I was a good student so there’s no way I could have adhd and it was just because I liked learned and I liked school as a kid

Not to mention how a normal day's work for a normal person is like 2 hours of effort for ADHD, so the ADHD takes on 4x as much thinking it's normal.
