nah I meditated for the first time and I felt like I was spinning around in a vortex nah I was traumatised haha I never meditated before but when I did lol so many weird things happened

Happened to me when I didn't know what OOBE/AP was, got scared of course. Now that I do know what it is I haven't managed to OOBE/AP, don't know if I want to either 🙂
