I don’t know if you’re able, but have you tried miralax? I have a GI diagnosis and more often than I care to admit I need help too. Two capfuls twice a day in your favorite juice helps do the job. 😜

I had to take this in middle school- best thing i figured out was to use a wide tip syringe and shoot it as far back in my mouth as I could. It sucks but it’s a whole lot better than the cup!

Girly try Oxy Powder! It’s amazing. No cramping and its capsules. Nothing else worked for me including Rx meds and normal magnesium, but this does!!
