I've tried emulsifying but I keep getting cystic pimples 🥺 first I thought it was from the toners but I found out it's from double cleansing using an oil cleanser first

I think the oil cleansing products I’ve used have ingredients I’m allergic to or something. I had this really weird reaction all over. The mediheal toner pads did the same thing too

my big tip for breakouts with double cleansing is make sure your water based cleanser is actually cleaning any residual oil after emulsifying and rinsing
