You’re doing great! Mine also hated her paws done. I bought an electric toothbrush just for practicing tolerating vibration on her paws. Works great for training!

Book her some tiny sessions with the groomers and bring her favorite treats! Like just a nail trim, just a bath / blow dry, just a brush and face trim, etc. tiny doses at first, lots of reinforcement!
