At the hospitals in my old state I lived in. , all the psych ward patients wear green gowns. You would hear oh that patient is a green gown and you knew they were psychic without saying it out loud

I worked in a Behavioral Hospital. Regular sheets were used and patients were allowed to wear tennis shoes without shoe strings.
