I'm considering roman blinds outside the window recess but were also changing our boring recess to one with architrave. Will it look wrong if the top of the roman blinds cover the top of the architrave and would it take away from the drama of the architrave?

Blinds or curtains in bedrooms? I’ve moved into a house that has blinds but I want to change them (they have mould on from mildew 🥴) and they take ages to put up and down.
