I can confirm I had a lot of head neck pain recently and switched to a contour pillow and am feeling a lot better - yes I miss my comfy pillows but don’t miss the pain/ headaches

Wash the pillow. The actual pillow. After a year of only changing my pillow case, I slept on my face and got dermatitis. Hand wash it. Don’t judge me.

I’m a side sleeper and switched to this pillow about 6 mo. ago. I really want to hate it (bc it’s firm & doesn’t look like the other pillows on my bed) but this pillow is supportive and comfortable!
