There is only one option to get hair removal permanently: electrolysis. My mother had it done. Every hair root gets individually killed. It takes time and money but I‘m sure IPL isn’t cheap either.

I was born hirsute, have tried a few things over the years. get an epilator with a head for facial hair it gives you a narrow strip so easier to use. mine picks up the hairs which are just popping out
