Don’t wash your face for the first 24-36 hours…. But to wash your whole face use wash pads and paper towel to wash your face and spoolies to wash your lashes with soap and water

Sounds like your lash artist isn't the best... You need a soft fluffy brush and a lash wash that won't weaken the bond. I've got one I'll show you both!
