it you are not actively high (for example smoked the day before) you should be able to drive. it does not take 30+ days for the psychoactive effects of weed to wear off it takes a couple hours

The primary problem is that we don't test impairments for any medications. Many medications have a risk of impacting driving ability not just THC.

i use medical at night to help me sleep. yet even if i haven’t used any the next day, i can still get pulled over and lose my license. meanwhile people are literally driving on opioids no problem

The main issue is the next day or week or month after without using. You could of had 🍃 in your system days after and get in trouble when you haven't used that day.
