Thought I would share the recipe of one of my favorite chows.  Easy and quick lamb kebab chutney spiced with Romborossi and Mother in Law Masala.                           Method to make kebabs:                   1. Mix lamb mince with two tablespoons of Romborossi masala, one tablespoon of Mother in Laws masala, one teaspoon of biryani mix.                                                      2. Handful of finely chopped cilantro, one tablespoon of ginger/garlic paste, tablespoon of lemon juice 3. Half an onion Finely chopped 4. One cup of bread crumbs and an egg to hold the kebabs together and mix thoroughly 5. Fry kebabs on low heat for 15 minutes4. Cook on low heat so the inside cooks well 6. Place in a bowl separately Ingredients for chutney:  1. 2lbs lamb mince 2. One large sweet onion chopped 3. Two sprigs curry leaves 4. One tablespoon Ginger garlic mix 5. Five tomatoes blended 6. Two table spoons Romborossi masala 7. One tablespoon Mother in law’s masala 8. One teaspoon Biryani mix powder(my own secret) 9. One cup water 10. Handful of finely chopped dhania/cilantro and 2 split green chilies  Method to make chutney: 1. Braise finely chopped onions and cilantro,  curry leaves, split chillies and 1/2 teaspoon biryani mix until onions are light brown  2. Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 minutes to soften onions 3. Add spices, ginger garlic mix, and 1/2 teaspoon biryani mix.  4. Cook in medium heat until you get a paste so the spice does not stick to the pot 5. When paste forms , add half cup of water to form light gravy and cook for 5 minutes 6. When you see water dry up, add tomato to the pot an cook for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste 7.
