Anyone could make this, it’s so crazy easy! I love the crunchy phyllo dough and the sweet pistachios. It stays crunchy no matter what and that’s the beauty of phyllo dough. It’s amazing. This one deserves to be viral, it really is that good! I bought a chocolate mold that was not deep or big enough so I just used my loaf pan with some parchment paper and it worked out. Ingredients: Vegan pistachio cream Shredded phyllo dough Vegan melted chocolate Tahini Deep chocolate mold Toasting the phyllo dough is key! Vegan melted butter or oil. It will take 5-10 minutes to crisp and brown. Melted chocolate and cover mold. Place in freezer for a few minutes to harden. Then add pistachio cream and a bit of tanning to the bowls then add your phyllo dough shred. Mix together and place in hard chcolate mold. Cover with more chocolate and place back in freezer till top layer is solid.
