Don’t release the pinch while the needle is still in so the needle stays in place and you don’t accidentally hit a vein or muscle.

You disinfect the skin before injecting insulin in the US?? We don't do it in Poland since the alcohol in the wipes might make the insulin less effective 😵

Try and remeber 45° will be better for most patients. 90 only on really heavy ones!

Sprühen, wischen, Sprühen und 30 Sek. einwirken lassen und dann erst stechen. Beim Stechen die Falte nicht los lassen und nach dem Einspritzen nochmal ca. 10 Sekunden warten.

you're only supposed to release the pinch after you take the needle out, to make sure the insuline is only injected in the subcutaneous layer, otherwise you risk to accidentally reach the muscle

Make sure not to keep your finger on the plunger while injecting! It will help prevent pressing down prematurely.
