9 months. 9 pictures. 9 little reminders of how much this boy means to me. 💚 Looking back through these pictures while putting this together made me realize just how many little moments with Moose have made me smile this year. Caring for a cat with so many extra needs isn’t always easy. There are appointments, PT, medications, routines, adapting things around what his body can and can’t do, and a lot of things that most people never have to think about when caring for their pets. But somehow, when I look at these pictures, I don’t think about any of that first. I see him. 💚 I see the goofy, curious, fearless, food-obsessed little guy who wants to be involved in everything. 😂 I see the cat who makes me laugh, who gets excited about the smallest things, who loves exploring the world in his own way, and who has brought so much joy into my life. His care can be a lot of work, but loving him has never felt like a burden. If anything, he’s taught me how much happiness can exist in the little things. And there’s honestly nothing that makes me happier than seeing Moose happy. 💚 So getting to celebrate another birthday with him feels pretty special. My birthday wish every year is pretty simple: more time, more adventures, more ridiculous pictures, and more little moments that make me smile.
