@milkteamali: strawberry coconut cloud as a pt 2 to my unofficial coconut cloud foam drinks series 🍓 ☁️ froth 60 ml heavy cream + 20 ml milk ☁️ add 2 tbsp macerated strawberry syrup and 1 tsp freeze dried strawberry powder (optional for the pinker color), continue frothing until combined ☁️ pour ice and pink coconut water into a glass ☁️ top with the pink coconut cream ☁️ garnish with a strawberry and dust with freeze dried strawberry powder
