sometimes if it’s super busy, i just try to replicate the movement with what’s available (ex. hack squat for quads vs smith squat)!

I took your advice and started doing leg curls as warm up for every leg day (along with dynamic stretching) and it really works! I don't struggle with knee pain anymore
