I do what I call "last chance" displays and put items due to be weeded out on display. they usually get checked out!

How do you come up with the numbers on the labels for the new books so you don't have to change all the book labels to make the new books fit?! Does that make sense?!

I have an early chapter book section, including stuff like Katie Woo, Poppleton, Fly Guy, etc.. I relabel those from E to ICR, because the kids know to get them there. (ICR= I can read)
