You are dependent on ONE tenant to pay their rent ON TIME in order for you to make your mortgage payment😬 When you invest in multifamily you have multiple income streams coming in monthly to help pay your mortgage🔥 If ONE tenant doesn’t pay on time or doesn’t pay at all you are not hung out to dry❌ Even if you don’t have all your rents for the month at least you have part of them to service your debt⬇️ As a new investor with little money this can be crucial when starting out💥 #multifamilyrealestate #multifamily #business
