STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result, Learning) approach is what lot of companies use. Make sure to give S and T are short and succinct. Action has to be long, Results validate with data & learning

THIS. this makes so much more sense to me than STAR does. Situation / task / action all feel so similar to me and it’s hard to separate them in my head. I will definitely be using SAIL.

The current job market issue isn’t the hiring managers, it’s the recruiters. Recruiters aren’t reading resumes and overlooking qualified candidates. Get rid of recruiters & people could get hired.
