had it, did surgery 10 years ago. healing was one of the worst pains you can imagine cause they couldn't stitch up the massive wound so it had to heal on its own.

Had this in my teens. Had to have two operations to actually get rid of it permanently. The scar is huge got infected and it nearly killed me.

My son’s burst when he was about 14. It was awful. It took about 5 surgeries and hyperbaric chamber treatments to finally heal.

I had one removed then stitched up. It came back 6 months later so I had it removed again and then packed. Wicked healing process that time

Here’s a tip, if u don’t wanna get a surgery after you’ve already expirenced this, clean that back area a lot and make sure u use nair to make sure there is no hairs and have minimal risk of it again

Me and my brother both had one. It was extremely painful. Had it drained and packed. Eventually needed to have surgery.

I had that surgery and 6 months later I had the hemorrhoidectomy surgery and trust me the pilonidal sinus is walk in the park in comparison

I got one of these when I was 14 during my internship at the SWEDISH PARLIAMENT 💀 I had to quit after 3 days and go to the hospital to get antibiotics. worst pain of my life.

I had one when I was a teenager. I felt every bump on drive to ER..so painful. Mine was size of surgeons fist. Thankfully hasn't come back.
