Actually, I would have to agree with customer because I'm pretty sure she's saying that the menu says one price. And she charged her a higher price, and if that was the case you should have told her that you recently raised your prices because you are in the process of changing your menu before you gave the order to the kitchen🤷♂️it's just Common sense and common courtesy

In this case Karen’s right. You have to charge the price that’s on the menu, even if it’s not updated. Happened to me before working at a cafe, with a single menu in which we didn’t change the prices
