@onmy.plate_: Sesame crusted salmon with sweet chilli greens & rice 🍚 🍣🥬 What you’ll need 2g spray oil 480g skin on salmon (each slice is 120g) 10g sesame seeds For the sauce 40mls soy sauce 40g hot honey @mikeshothoney 60mls sweet chilli sauce @tridentfoods 2 tbs boiling water (I added extra chilli flakes for more of a hit, this is optional) Serve with 400g broccolini (roughly chopped) 400g bok choy (cut into thirds) 200g basmati rice (raw) Start by putting your rice on to cook, follow directions on packet. Mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside. Add the sesame seeds to the skin side of the salmon, patting them in so that they have stuck. On a hot pan, lightly spray with oil and then add the salmon skin down. Place a lid on and cook for 5 minutes, remove lid and flip. Add in the broccolini and bok choy, the pour over the sweet chilli sauce. Let this all cook down for another 6 minutes.
