logic principles
1.is not because a sprinter even an elite sprinter perform an exercise that automatically that exercise really improve and at the best the sprint
2.this exercise has low emulation of the real motion during the sprint . more specifically the air phase is reduced and the athlete perform this exercise in way to push more force on the ground and immediately jump in tbe attempt to increase the weight force. Despite what is believed in no way this exercise may recreate the real overload during the sprint ..in other term it undertrains
The activation of ischiocrural is very low .
