I totally get the “I’ll do it in 15 minutes”, because in my brain, if I say I’m going to start something at 12, and it passes, I pick a new time. 😂 Is that not normal??

I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder and do the planning and looking up things if I stay anywhere or go to a restaurant. It's interesting to see the similarities.

Ok, so I didn’t think I was autistic but I 💯 live my life in 15 or 30 minute increments. My OH has alarms for 7:08 or 8:23 and it makes me 🤬🤬🤬
