SHEET PAN MEALS EPISODE #11: Tuscan Chicken, Potatoes & Veggies✨ This is probably one of the easier sheet pan meals I've made so far and it's relatively healthy too! It's perfect for an easy weeknight dinner when you want to put minimal effort into creating a tasty meal 😋 #kitk LIKE + SAVE to make later! you'll need: 1 lb baby potatoes (halved) 1 cup grape tomatoes  1 cup green beans (trimmed and halved) 1-1/2 lbs boneless chicken strips olive oil balsamic vinegar  Italian seasoning  minced garlic  salt  parmesan (or cheese of choice)  fresh basil (for topping) Preheat oven to 425 F. Then add 3 tbs olive oil, 3 tbs balsamic vinegar, 1 tbs minced garlic, 1 tbs Italian seasoning and 1 tsp salt.  When potatoes come out, add remaining ingredients to the sheet pan and spread out in a single layer.  Top with Parmesan and bake for additional 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
