They’ll just file bankruptcy and get rid of all the loan I used to be a repo man and it’s happened before ..people don’t care because they know they can just file bankruptcy and get out of it ..

The goal after repo is to auction off the unit. Whatever is made from auction will get applies to remaking balance of the loan. Customer is still responsible for the balance remaining.
