When it’s a public company, they’re just trying to protect the share price. I don’t know why when it’s a private company like London Drugs. Maybe just a consumer confidence thing.

I think these criminals set high random cuz they know that those corp. that would pay enter a negotiating and bring down the 25mill to a more "reasonable" price for affected corp.
