Ingredients 3 large russet potatoes 6 tbsp corn starch Salt to taste 1 tbsp chicken stock powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp black pepper. Oil for frying Method: Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Boil in salt water for 15-20 mins or until fully cooked. Mash the potatoes through a potato ricer or by hand. Add corn starch salt pepper, garlic and onion powder. Transfer mixture to a clean work surface and use a bench scraper to mix until well combined. Shape dough into a ball Place dough onto a parchment paper cover with another parchment paper and roll out the dough with the help of rolling pin. Cut the dough into long fries shape. Drop the potatoes in hot oil by placing fries on a long knife working gently, as shown in the video reel or Freeze the fries for 2 hours until frozen. Heat oil in a skillet. Once the oil is hot .Fry fries on medium high heat or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
