All schools need someone like you 💕 We pulled our Littles from a public school. They treated my little one on the spectrum like a burden instead of showing the compassion I begged them to.

bein a teach. aid my seinor year broke my heart and somehow put it back together so many times.my "bad" kid was my best bud bc he reminded me of my brother and he wrote luv you<3 on my good bye book😭

The first teacher to notice I didn’t know how to organize and it’s why I didn’t turn in my homework was my freshman year Spanish teacher. She had another student help me learn to organize. 1/2

Teachers don’t get enough credit, after I found out my sister passed away in school. The staff passed me for final exams cause our whole family was a mess… thank you for your job 🖤

I teach an after school dance program, but I have to wait, sitting on the stage with my kids for about 30mins before our class starts and I have heard so much.. fear, pain, excitement, love..❤️

i worked in a daycare and the “bad kids” are almost always just kids who had to experience hard things at such a young age. it pushed me to go into social work 💓

when I worked with kids there was a little boy with ADHD and anger issues and he used to pick me flowers and 4 leaf clovers, he said "Ms.Farrah you're the only person that likes me" DEVASTATING.
