Like many fruits, soursop is a healthy source of fiber, vitamins, minerals and notably high in antioxidants & vitamin C, which we know improves immune function & its ability to defend against pathogens. It also promotes the destruction of free radicals, which can help to protect your skin and cells from environmental oxidative damage. Like I said, it’s rare to find this tropical fruit sold in the US, which is odd, because many other tropical fruits are available so why not Soursop? If you can get your hands on soursop, you need to try it.
