idk the ankle one but pretty much got everything but also diagnosed with hyper mobility syndrome trying to get genetic testing for eds has been terrible finding a provider

I wish the Toronto Gen Hospital EDS Clinic knew this before they denied I had EDS/HSD. I definitely have at least HSD, plus dx of POTS, MCAS, Gastroparesis, GERD, Endo, etc.

I'm waiting to get diagnosed with hEDS I have basically all markers (despite being plus size but I only gained weight due to my chronic pain). I always thought my whole life everyone's knee caps moved

One of the testing criterion on my EDS referral was wingspan vs height. I never knew that my arms stretched out further than my height. 🤣 That was a surprise.

Do you also have Chiari malformation? I got diagnosed with that first but I’m now realizing I for sure have hypermobility lol

There are upper and lower limb specific hypermobility scales as well - beighton has criteria like del mar and both are screening tools 😚
