Instead of repetitively counting your calories: (Which do note, you can do that if you want to. It’s not by force that you should use it. we are all human so we forget to use it but humans have initiative so use that initiative to decide whether what you’re intaking is beneficial or not beneficial to your calorie deficit.) You can eat less dense calorie foods or eat what you like to eat in moderation (so reduce your portions).
