I have been using clip ins for over 2 years and i love them, just backcomb a Little where you clip them so they stay

Don’t do extensions it will thin your hair out. Stick to an oiling routine and cut down on heat, bleach + mechanical damage so you don’t go for cuts as often then it’ll grow + food!!!

Absolutely, no matter how good they are or how they are done - extensions ruin your hair and can never grow unless you cut all the thin parts off 🥺

It absolutelyyyy thins out your hair! Not worth it at all if you eventually want natural long luscious hair

Don’t! Extensions are dead hair, so they’re extremely dry. They suck the life out of your hair. Iike when you put a piece of bread in a cookie jar and the bread dries and the cookies are perfect!
