On keeping things clean with the Adhd. it works best for me to get a cleaning service to pop in once a month. It helps reset to 0, and gives me an event time-line to have someone else in the house.

I use a 16 cube bookshelf as a vertical solution to my “organized doom pile” approach 👀 and appropriate receptacles in places I frequently just drop things. Why is there a laundry basket in my living room? So I don’t leave my pants in the floor when I get home and take them off, duh it’s right by the table that catches all the shit in my hands

Have you read K.C Davis's book How to Keep House while Drowning? It could be helpful. I think finding how you can accommodate yourself is easier than starting new habits though
