@winandthrive: Strict Carnivore Please! Well, following my own advice, I was able to cut it all out after about two weeks. I'm still eating a bit of dairy like sour cream and cheese. But I can only do that for two days and then go back to just meat, fat, water, and eggs! I've had really bad seasonal allergies! I have a long way to go to fight inflammation and do more healing.
