It's called Abugannuş, try baking onions and tomatoes in the oven. Also, it will be more delicious if you add some pomegranate sour.😂

There are different names for this according to the region. 1- köz patlıcan salatası (encindered eggplant salad) 2-babagannuş (abugannuş) 3- manca.Sometimes 1-2 ingredients would differ regionally
