Are they not watery after being frozen? I couldn’t imagine the cottage cheese sauce would defrost nicely at all. I always want to make things like this, but can’t do watery soggy burritos.

If you wrap your slow cooker lid with a tea towel the condensation gets sucked up on the tea towel…. Notdripping back into ur chicken, then you won’t have the water at the end
