yes 💯 the claims are getting unhinged. I take lions mane for mental heath, but it's no miracle cure, it has a minor effect that when combined with other diet and behavior changes it's noticeable.

My question is it says “mist twice a day” - do you just use the bottle that came with it and fill it once in the am and once in the pm? Mine seems dry
