@ketorecipes: Shredhappens 🍉WATERMELON BLACKBERRY SALAD. . This is a crunchy, creamy, salty, sweet lineup you have got to try! Its a salad thats a true mouth party. . There is just something so special about combining watermelon, feta, and walnuts, but when you add blackberries, mint, and lime into the situation, it is an unbeatable combo! . The ratios are c completely up to you, so feel free to modify this, but this is what worked for me. . Here is how I made it: . 1.Start with a big base of watermelon, cut into cubes. I went with about 5 cups watermelon. . 2.Add in 2 sliced Persian cucumbers - i cut these in thin circles, but you can use whatever shape. . 3.Add 6-8oz of fresh blackberries. Blueberries would be great here too. . 4.Add 1/3 cup of toasted and cooled walnuts. Pistachios would also be good! . 5.Crumble up 3-4 ounces feta on top. . 6.Zest two medium limes, then squeeze the juice of those limes over the salad bowl. . 7.Add two tablespoons of the highest quality olive oil you have on hand. . 8.Add a couple pinches salt (dont go overboard since feta is quite salty) . 9.Then top with a tablespoon or so of Chile lime seasoning. . 10.Give everything a really good mix, gently so as to not crush the watermelon, then give it a taste and modify however you like! . This is best served IMMEDIATELY and try and share it - i know you’ll want to eat it all! .
