I don’t remember what it’s called but I did the pills for the prep. I set timers on my phone since you have to drink tons of water and take the pills every few hours for prep. It was exhausting…

And for my colo - in addition to the food you listed, i drank a lot of broth as well. I also brought treats with me so as soon as i was awake post procedure i was able to eat :) best of luck!!!

We are the same person! Anytime I’ve taken a break from my nexplanon I’ve had some strange symptoms: mood swings & hot flashes. But they quickly resolved :)
