People need to start learning how to leave their expectations at the door. A lot of great films are starting to fall victim to audiences basically writing the movie in their head before they see it

Each Mad Max is so different from each other, particularly the tone and structure. I was so amazed that Miller was able to do something so different from Fury Road.

Honestly I’m glad to hear this. Every Mad Max movie is pretty different than every other movie in the franchise so I’m glad he didn’t just try to make Fury Road again. Seeing this in a few hours. Very excited.

this makes so much sense and I think its why advertisement can unintentionally break a film if it gives the audience an incorrect impression about what a film will deliver
