💯 works. sufferer since i was small seen some1 mention it on here. when my lip was tingling and one was starting, it didn come up with a big head or anything! wish i had known this when i was younger

I take lysine in pill form and also use a lysine ointment for my cold sores. Only last 2, 3 days tops.
