I quit also. Not only the lack of support from parents, there’s little support from administration. I can’t! These kids are in a bad place. You can’t teach academically, because of the disrespect.

My cardiologist told me that most of his clients were teachers. Stress on teachers is extremely high. I’m 30 yrs in and have to push through to retire. It’s difficult. Good luck in future endeavors

I felt this way in public school, but I absolutely love teaching in a private Christian school. The families and staff are amazing to work with!

it took me 10 mths(whole) school yr to decide that after 3 yrs I can no longer work with those people anymore. May 16 was our last day and I am now done.
