@thesidingguy_: There are always many ways to get the same end result. I’ve shown finding a similar angle with a gauge, using a scrap piece, using a tape measure, using a template and using the slope of the roof. This is another simple method. I pick and choose what method I use based on the length of the piece and what I have readily available.
