For the sauce: 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp cornflour Mix everything Add 1/2 cup water and mix Take 2-3 tbsp oil Add vegetables 1 onion 1 pepper 4 green onions Sliced ginger 1 tbsp minced garlic Stir fry on very high heat for 2 minutes. Add chicken, add the sauce, stir fry for 5 minutes. For Rice: 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp minced garlic Fry for a minute Add vegetables (Cabbage,carrots,pepper,green onions) Stir fry for 2-3 minutes Add 4 eggs Scramble on the side Stir fry with vegetables on high heat Add 2-1/2 cup boiled rice Add 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chinese salt (msg) 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp white pepper 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp white vinegar Stir fry on high heat for 5 minutes.
